If this brings more traffic to your site and your site is great ad people stay on your site and scroll down, click buttons etc, etc, you WILL rank higher.Keep in mind youtube is a no-follow website... meaning you won;t get any link juice towards your DA or PA, but it does give you a citation, a mention.

One thing that is low risk is write a personalized letter. it should stress how you will take care of the home.I accepted an offer because it was a refugee family, and they wrote about how they wanted a better life for their daughter. i figure it would be good Karma, and those folks still keep in touch and thank me with a home cooked meal every 3 months.
