This location is PRIME & safe, it's a 10min walk to downtown Durham, a 1min walk to their Physician's Assistant School, across from a beautiful park, on the same street as a bus stop which helps students/guests without cars, has a HUGE backyard, it's the most expensive zipcode in Durham, the surrounding homes are all well maintained, it's a historic neighborhood, there are townhomes being built a block down starting at $650k and more being built two blocks away starting at $800k.

. :)[A Little Background]- I am new to this whole Real Estate Investing, but have been studying some materials, listening to the BG podcasts, and I believe, I am leaning towards rental properties to create passive income.- I have also thought about using companies like Fundrise to get started and get a feel for it, but I am unsure that this would give me the experience I to actually feel like I'm investing in a physical asset.- I am in the Raleigh, NC area.Thanks!
