Upon an event of my default on the $90k note, the note & deed of trust would automatically vest in my friend, and he would step into the shoes of the lender to my borrower with the $100k obligation and property - friend is ultra secure and is basically getting 90 / 125 LTV based on not the market value, but the purchase price of borrower.

You'll hear plenty of interviews with investors just like yourself, who either live out of the country or live in areas where local investing just doesn't make sense.If I was in your shoes, with a year left before you return to America, I'd take $200k of your $250k and buy 4 turn-key properties in either Indianapolis, Dayton, Toledo, Detroit.

Yes I am familiar with Cris Chico's stuff..and yes it is good, but if you do not have the monthly marketing budget for realquest.com, direct mail postcards of about $100-500 per month and a voicemail subscription budget for the system it will fall real short...Todd's system is work..no doubt about it...but you will get paid..he teaches you how to do this business on a shoe string budget...again, it is not just the system but the support behind the system...you have direct access to Todd, can your brother say he has ever spoken to Cris?
