It has been working out great, all the points made in this thread are valid, taxes are high in Waterbury but there are some good areas with strong rents. i tend to stick to 06708 and 06704.

There is a lot of great advice here, but sounds like you and your husband have been doing great I would stick to what you know and work on either setting up for another expansion or seeing if now is the time to expand what you are good at and enjoy.
