Now that I have interest in the property, I want to file a Quiet Title lawsuit.

I could probably technically count it as business income but I don't file a Schedule C or anything and I'm not sure if all of my deductions like depreciation would count as "expenses" in this case.

I am finding 2 different answers Georgia Real Estate Commission says its 100 sq ft and Georgia State Minimum Standard Codes says 70 sq ft. 

The contractor filed a lien for the bonus and stopped working, even though they didn't earn the bonus according to the contract. 

@Nerton Saintfort  It can't be standard you have  to contact your lender or generally you can go in that website can get their requirement.

PS:There is a property in my neighboorhood that is going up for sheriff sale in a week and when I contacted the owner he said he filed for bankruptcy.I found the tax records and it says he is still the title owner.

Not every seller wants to carry back financing, and while lending standards seem to be relaxing, DTI is still a big reason for people being turned down for mortgages.Whichever way you choose, I highly recommend looking into debt consolidation options so that you can at least curtail the compound interest on your debt.Good luck!
