In order of decreasing importance, I worry about liability from burns on children/pets (they get ridiculously hot while operating), risk of house fire (like if they lean something combustible against it or do not provide a wide enough berth around it), and smoke damage/deposits on the walls from improper use/air mixture adjustment. 

Smoking weed most likely.

If Real Estate is a reflection of supply and demand, the opportunity for investment might be narrower over the long term.

We have a 1 month supply of homes here. 6 is normal. 

@Ryan Taylor you are not going to get "Wholesale rates" The way capital markets work is based on supply and demand.

Again, the demand WAYYY outpaces the supply. 

Is it because so much supply hit the market that your clients weren't able to fill their units?

Is there evidence of destruction, or you just observed pets and smoking?

You're seeing many people sit in their homes and upgrade also driving down supply.
