I generally buy homes that are not on the corners of busier roads (I like to be nestled back in the neighborhoods, like most home owners.)

I have read that section 8 housing can be a gift and a curse, but that there are a LOT of positives to renting to section 8 tenants.

It's a large corner on a road that sees 15,000 cars on a daily basis.

When dealing with investors or others, never paint yourself in a corner you'll have to tip toe out of. :)
