Since these are properties that I am wholesaling and assigning, I am not listing them on the MLS.I am strictly speaking about wholesaling properties, my friend gives me agents who represented someone with cash, I call them up say Hey do you want another one I will give you 3% of the contract sales price for brining me a buyer.

However, you might find that they are actually renting for some amount less ($575, $550) and the $1,200 in fact represents what the seller thinks they COULD rent for.The reason you have a due diligence period after agreeing to a price is that so many factors of your deal need to have the variable of the sales price solved before making an accurate decision.

Work with investor as the buyers agent, work normally within the real estate closing process and earn a commission.2 Work with the listing agent while representing yourself as the buyer, Wholesale the house to your interested investor.I'd suggest doing 1 for a while until you get a handle on working with investors and what they look for.

I know if I find my own deals I don't have to discuss this with the broker but if someone calls me about my broker or contacts me while I'm representing my broker then I will have to go through the broker.Should I contact a real estate attorney about this?
