While its a lot to digest at the beginning (that's because it's got so many helpful features) just try it one byte at a time. 

What I decided to do, mainly based on the several blogs I read by Antonio Coleman(hereon this site) was to brand/market myself as the go-to person for a specific area and have all kinds of general RE information featured along with a video introducing myself. etc.  

And, the point I don't think you appreciate, in many areas the home with the added green features do not add a dime to resale or new home value perception.  

Hey @Marcus Brown we do not currently have this feature but I like the suggestion so perhaps in a future update we can do something like this!

I can then learn the process and invest remotely in the future.After determining my ideal market, I am heavily considering 2 options.1) Leave my current engineering position, move to investment area for 1-3 months and use my HELOC / cash to buy a few properties (2-4 properties). 

My goal here is to introduce our new app, its features and benefits.

You can go a step further, if you are apprehensive and want further reassurances, and even say make sure the pics are 'standing back' (to make sure that the entire room and therefore identifying features that are unique to this unit) are captured in the pics.
