I recognized your photo from the movie 'Tora, Tora, Tora'.Probably not great prospects for wholesaling, if for no other reason then the difficulty in working the file.Since you need a seller/principal who has standing, meaning the capacity, power and authority to pass title, many if not all of these leads will require probate.
