You already got past the first big hurdle in real estate investment - signing up and reaching out in BiggerPockets.

As we all know, there is no point finding deals if you have no one who may be interested in them.I am reaching out today to hopefully find some people on all levels of experience in investing, that may be interested in hearing about the deals I find.

It's probably better to work on a 4-6 year timeline too which allows you to adjust after hopefully reaching your goals.
