Assuming permit ready doesn't mean approved, you'd need to look at that timeline and then construction time line.... big projects take time to come on line.

However, after you read it, go online search for general contractors in your area.

There are some online auctions as well.

Hey guys and gals,I just thought I post this and ask if anyone was interested in meeting up and connecting through a pick-up game of ultimate frisbee during the week or on a weekend.

We have been able to hold on to the property but really need a solid game plan on set up and strategy for sustainable growth so we can get out of corporate and do this full time.

I have made many many attempts to collect and even suggested that setting up and online pay would make things easier (I did that) and they still haven’t paid.

Does anyone host or know of meetups that may not be posted online or advertised very heavily?
