I was talking to @Marc Littmann just the last night and we were discussing how the City of Denver shut down a VRBO house in my neighborhood.

You can give a good case by looking at the neighboring properties' taxes (found online).

I figured it was a non-starter to be honest and figured that would be that. 30 minutes later she called back and asked if her client could see it that night.

A few other factors are that this is currently a pretty sub-suburban, small town but a TV news report on the local Houston news last night just said it is expected to add about 130,000 people in the next few years!

They put the slip & rent in an envelope & drop in the night deposit box or if they want a receipt they go during banking hours and deposit with tellar.I use a national branch that has locations EVERYWHERE so it's convenient for the tenants.

Not related to Real Estate necessarily, I was wondering if someone has a good calculator online for a general business loan.

That is encouraging news and although it is a variable rate it is pretty unlikely to shoot up over night ( I hope).
