Good morning BP, I'm looking for a reliable contractor or someone who knows of anyone that is building spec homes in the Ocala area.

He says he will do a pet deodorizing spray to take care of it on the morning of the 4th of Sept.  

I have written an addendum to the current lease that spells out the month to month clause and I have told the tenants that I will be there in the morning so they can sign this agreement.I don't want them out on the streets, but I also don't think they are working that hard to find a new place.
