You are definitely on the right site if you wish to network with other investors, learn new techniques and strategies, and get a sense of direction in real estate investing.In my years perfecting and sourcing undervalued real estate for immediate resale, I have discovered that sending out blind offers to owners has garnered me the most success. 

As I'm an out of state investor (I live in CA, where investing is rough), I'm looking for fairly minimal repair work to start off with, and would even consider turnkey properties for now, until I can build up a stronger network in the area.  

Or do you like the hunt for a deal, networking with people, and organizing the business?

Although small in the scheme of things, these investors have plenty of capital and a network more, so I need to deliver.

- And, you'd also have to be doing much yourself which is better at this point for you.In general, at least in my market I'm in a bit of 'hunker down' type of conservative mode. 

I am looking at other places other than just BP but thought I would give it a shot to try my network on here.
