Besides the BP forums, how can the major social media sites such as instagram, facebook, twitter, linkedin etc... be of use to a real estate professional or real estate investor?

I've always assumed that makes it more rare and of greater value but have never dug deep.If you find anything out, let me know!

., TV commercials, radio ads, motivated seller websites, SEO, pay per click/adwords, facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, and other forms of online advertising and boosted/promoted social media postings.Bottom line is integrity and consistency.

If the waste stack were where you have indicated it is, in the current bathroom layout the 3-inch outlet coming from the toilet would have to go through four joists or extend under the bathroom.

Everything from a lose outlet to flaking paint, to a lose door knob, heck even the cover for the bolt that hold the toilet down. 

How do you guys feel about keeping private and business life separate on social media?
