Another resource I use is the Real Wealth Network (they are out in California) and I found that to be a great source of information and if you meet the criteria they match you up with an adviser who can show you a few options.

You could have a structural problem with the building that needs addressing.If it is just a few tiles, I'd go see if I could find a matching tile somewhere and just replace the damaged ones rather than re-floor an entire building.
