I put rental signs and a "Buying Houses" sign in the front yard of the corner lot off a main road. 

I fear this may be my biggest hurdle while getting started.The AskAre there relationships where a wholesaler has a contractor to estimate the repair cost of properties and the wholesaler give the contractor a portion of the profits for the properties that are sold?

The ADU will not be covered by RSO but the main house will if built before 1978.
