I would like some feedback from real estate agents/realtors® and investors.What platforms are you using to create content for your social media pages?

There are many chances to learn from the pros online on different meetup platforms. 

I do this because I believe it creates a perfect platform that combines the strength of owning real estate with the flexibility that the stock market provides.How To Price Your SharesIf the PPM has a provision for an early sale to another investor and the sponsor will allow a “hardship” sale of your shares, how do you price them since the property hasn’t sold yet?

We have never had a legit applicant balk at that cost so that tells me we are within expectation. 

I am talking about a platform where you input tenant's SS#, DL etc and with no action on tenants part you get full credit report, possibly with civil court data nationwide.

We are looking for influencers & other promo agents to wear our shirts on social media, video-streaming, and other platforms.

However im sooo confused as to a good platform to use to find GOOD properties.

Same here... but all we can do is get educated, learn from others’ mistakes and armed with the knowledge gain on this platform/forum, take action!

BP is an awesome source of knowledge but don't restrict yourself to just this platform.

Not a fan of the author's penny-pinching mindset (i.e. always get a deal even if it's pretty much a steal) but the techniques he teaches are IMO legit and also even if you don't use them it's super helpful to be able to recognize if someone is using them on you.
