I currently have 2 conventional mortgages on a SFR and a Triplex in Texas.The property is in New Jersey, I have enough for 5~7% of the down payment.

I primarily invest and lend in North Jersey.

Although 2014 and 2015 were paid (in New Jersey the oldest tax liens have to be paid off first before new tax bill liens can be redeemed). 

I go to meetings in PA (DIG subgroups) and also SJREIA (South Jersey) which is right on the border in Cherry Hill.

Do any one have any recommendations for an contractor in the south jersey/ Philly area?

I would like to know if there are any HML that are new investor friendly in North Jersey.

I am in the market for a real estate attorney in New Jersey that can help with LLC formation, tax strategy, and drafting any legal paperwork associated with wholesaling (Purchase/Sales Agreements and whatnot).

In this area I have seen short term rentals go for a premium as we get so many snowbirds from New Jersey and New York.

So my question is, should I just buy in a 2 level multi in Journal Square New Jersey for about 585,000 or is Brooklyn still a better investment?
