Hi Norm,Thanks for your post and for all your great feed back.i just found this site on Friday and you are right there is a lot of great info here to be had, I have been reading it for two days now.

The fact is, there are far more people who want to be real estate investors than there are good investing opportunities to feed them all in this business.

- Companies will be able to create a blog on the site and will also have a dashboard feed that they can post to. - If you follow a company, you'll be kept up to speed with the latest developments at that company, but otherwise, the new companies directory should not affect your experience on the site, unless you want it to.- Companies will NOT be able to post on our forums.

Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

Initially i would work both the buy and listing side, but eventually would hire a buyer's agent and feed him the leads so that I focus on the listing side.I would love to hear J Scott's opinion if what i am thinking is a myth or truth.

Why not feed them to whatever realtor you use and ask to have this taken into consideration on future listings?

I can help you get set up with some daily MLS feeds of foreclosures and REO listings, which would be a good start for finding fixer uppers.
