She meets income, credit score, etc. but the bankruptcy scares me a little.

Some properties are purpose-built for income restricted residents which could include everything from voucher tenants to folks paying the freight themselves but meeting specific household income limits. 

There’s a pretty good reia group that meets in Greenville at the embassy suites.
