Hard money/Private Lender

Hey!

I'm newer to BiggerPockets, but I have some experience.  I have been a Real Estate Agent for 3 years now and have two house hack investment properties.  I'm looking at doing a flip and wondering what the options are for Private lending/Hard money here in Utah.  I would love any advice.  Thanks!
