Hey guys,I normally don't start topic discussions but this kind gesture from @Nicole Pettis prompted me to see what everyone else does.What are some things that you do to leave an impression on a potential investor or future business partner?

Please feel free to share your thoughts on what impression these questions would leave upon you if you were interviewing me and I asked them.

I am impressed. 

I'm under the impression that unlisted properties is where it's at and you have to dig a lot to find anything worthwhile.  

Everyone who owns a home went to a closing, they know cash isn't accepted, so saying I'll pay cash is nothing but blowing smoke trying to impress someone, when most people see boasting, fluff, puffing, or phrases intended to impress them, it's a turn off.

Hey everyone, Recently signed up for this site and have been impressed by the wealth of knowledge I've found here.  

When I was looking at a place I needed financing on I took it to the local banker and he was very impressed and said it had everything he needed to see about the property. 

I don't think there would be any friction at all toward NZ, as opposed to North Korea for example, they might be surprised but they may be impressed that their little note went big time on the international stage, depends on how you play that song.However, while I don't know the details of Dave's operations, I can say in any case, that NPNs are not where new note investors should begin.
