Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to share my success story. I am a real estate investor focused on land investing in the Southwest. I have purchased seven parcels of land in northern Arizona (each between 2 and 5 acres) from lady in for $1,800 total. I just recently sold one of the 5 acre parcels (purchase price was $367.00) for $3,100.00 cash and I currently setting up 2 more with sellers on notes for $97.00/month for 4 years. I have plans to sell the remaining four under similar terms which should give me a between $600.00 and $800 a month in notes.
