hi, i am Midas from northern california. i own a mortgage firm called Midas Financial Group with 50 state lending and 13 state real estate capability. i got into this business by accident due to a near fatal injury and it was the best thing that ever happened to me besides my wife and 5 kids with another on the way. i love this biz and i am now getting into buying large reo portfolios which is a great way to meet some unique people across the globe. i hope to learn alot from you pros on here and if i can i will be glad to throw out any help i can.

They are a brokerage firm that allows you to trade (10x per day/40x per month) stocks for free and has low account minimums.The url is zecco.com and it looks pretty legit.

If he has breached the contract you can sue him to have ihe contract voided or talk to the broker or owner of the firm he works for to try to have it voided.

I mean, if you buy a brand new home then I would image you won't have a lot of expenses for the first few years (other than renter damange, etc.).Should I stay firm and only buy if I can get positive cash flow of $100 per unit using the fomula: rent/2 = PIOrShould I be happy with positive cash flow of $100 per unit on a brand new home?
