Anyone have any recommendations for a company that hosts multiple properties with an attractive presentations and displays?

My friend has put me in charge of hosting his entire home on Airbnb!

There are several meetups that take place in the area--BiggerPockets has a monthly meetup hosted by @Ryan Casady, there are a couple REIAs (NC REIA and TREIA), Deal Maker Sessions (go to MeetUp.com Triangle Deal Maker Sessions).....and there are a few others that you can find either on BP Events or MeetUp.com.

Perhaps current owner is bundling cheaply so they can 1031 easier instead of selling one by one?

The lender I was using was Host financial. 

I am out in Santa Clarita as well and we host a Meetup for investors new and experienced out in Santa Clarita on the last Wednesday of every month at 5:30PM.

If they roll up a bunch of these they could sell them as a bundle for a way higher per unit price than as a single unit.
