Hi All, I'm new to NC, recent college grad, looking to learn about Real Estate Investing and specifically house-hacking. I am likely buying my first property in about a year (currently renting) and am strongly considering house-hacking so I'd love to connect with anyone in the area who is/has done it. Thanks!
