If you have an anti-sympathetic or apathetic tenant population, you can go on to explain that due to the increased trash volume you anticipate your costs to increase, which you will have no choice but to incorporate into your new rent rates.Good luck!

was working with Peer st. to bring deals to their platform.but Oregon does not allow table funding unless your licensed in the state.. so I would have to make the mortgage fund it for 3 to 5 days then they buy it.. unless I had a lot of volume just too much work for me when I would have to personally put up the 300 to 500k our average loan is and then get paid back in 5 days all for a point or so.. margins too thin.Now brokering I get if its not your money at the closing table.
