If you're in jurisdiction, you can send them to collections but get it rented out ASAP obviously.If they owe you money, keep the deposit OR offer them half back if they can let you a tenant in 2 weeks.Couple of ways to leave on the right foot and salvage the rent.Reach out to me anytime

After hearing your comment and if I can only get the purchase half completed it seems like just sprucing up the current property to get it rented would take less time.

My thoughts is try and negotiate with the tenant,  be in contact and friendly,  maybe they can pay half rent or even give them a months free rent,   It might save you a messy eviction and months lost in rent and rehab costs to the property.

With the 19 viruses going on, the management delays my contractor to finish the half-done job on April 8th because the state shut down essential business until April 7th.
