Is there a list from realtaxdeed or are you grabbing the list from the county?  

My 4-plex units were part of a large portfolio that someone liquidated this spring and I grabbed them prior to them hitting the open market.  

I am a father of 3, one boy two girls.

I have seen people grabbing recycling stuff out of garbage cans, but that type of issue in my mind is not so much a problem.
