Hello BP family, I'm a new member. I literally just found out about this earlier today. I accessed the website and was amazed at the wealth of information available. Little about myself I'm just starting out, I am a licensed realtor as of earlier this year. I am a father of 3, one boy two girls. I've always been interested in real estate and am eager to get started, but most importantly to learn and do it right. I am not looking to get rich quick, but I am looking to strengthen my net worth again responsibly. I am in the process of establishing an LLC. I am a beginner so any information I can get would be helpful. Information specific to first steps to purchasing my first investment property. The best way to secure financing/capital. The best kind of financing/capital for a beginner. How to walk through a house and best determine what does need to be done or doesn't, etc etc. .

By S type I mean L.L.C. with an S corp designation. This will help with tax purposes. In regards to FnF, the first order of business is see where there is a market for those kind of homes.

If you have specific questions I would love to answer!
