During my search, I put together a spreadsheet of inspectors various people recommended to me - hopefully this will be helpful for the next person who searches for something similar.

Just Google REIA and look through their calendar they have a bunch of meetings all over ATL and metro areas

Also is there a search tool for the forums.

In searching for ground rents for sale, I have only found a few listing for older auctions that included some ground rent bundles.   

Well, it took about 3 seconds to google Las Vegas unemployment rate. 5.4% in January 2018. 4.4% in May of 2018 when the article was written.
