When I walk through a place, I don't see how it looks but what it could look like based on the type of work I am capable of.I personally like homes from the 50s (good thick hardwood often hidden under a bad carpet) but avoid late 60s and 70s (popcorn ceiling = asbestos) and often cheaper construction grade.Overall, I found that flipping is a good way to turn your free time into equity/money and a great learning experience but it is hard work and definitely not for everyone.

We have found this to be the safest option and best use of our time.  

If only I had found BP before!!

I found one that had an eviction notice on the door and a for sale sign in the yard but no listing agent only a number. 

I have found that looking for a person that works in one trade helps.

So of 11 people placed this year, 5 have been evicted.I just found out that 3 more of my tenants have been filed on for eviction as they have not yet paid August rents.

I found my broker there who's investor friendly and she does flips herself on the side. 

The sellers attorney recommended she not sign the contract until it was resolved, unless there was a provision that the seller could cancel the contract if a lien was found.

Hi BP,I have found a fairly good opportunity and turnkey rental being sold by landlords looking to retire.

I found a property manager and have rented it ever since with no problem keeping a tenant in it so far (knock on wood).
