Houses are flying off the shelves at very high prices. 

Hi Hunter,I have registered with a few counties and am considdering flying to Texas to see the properties before bidding.

If distance how far are you willing drive/fly?

I’m not saying you have to fly to Indy to check out every house, I certainly don’t, but you need to go once and check out the neighborhoods that your looking at, at least once. 

@Manav Wadhwa I honestly do not know the San Diego market very well, but what I do know is that there are investors flying here to Cleveland FROM San Diego and LA to pick up rental properties.

Probably for the same reason you would not recommend I fly myself to San Diego the next time I go there. 

I love the area and prior to coivd we went up twice a year to the Douglas Ranch for fly fighing  staying at the lodge. 

I've spent many months in the Birgmingham area during work trips to Hoover.

So that responsibility will fall on you.Again, I see this done quite often but just demands a lot of detail and well thought out planning.Funny thing, is all this can be achieved by flying into local markets and attend a few local meeting.
