The agent had just been assigned the listing and said come take a look, no offers and the garage floor scares people.Upon arriving the house was surrounded by fending front and back, tons of trees and you would barely know it was there.

A land surveyor is needed to create a plat map, this will show the divided area, including details about the provision of utilities, sewage, a road network, etc.Last time I had a similar project, the city has a 30% land loss that requires to be "open", plant trees, roads, open spaces, community areas, play courts, etc.The key to this is government requirements, so I would say your local codes determine on how the land would be structured.

I am planning to cut some trees next to the house and will fill a hole when the weather allows me to get to the roof because I don't want the damage, nor do I want unhappy tenants.Recently, they said that they are frightened that the squirrel will come inside the house and that they have talked about moving out - I didn't discourage this because they complain about everything.

not sure if that is technically probate or not --i bought one house out of probate auction last year, but don't understand the exact legal definition of probate most likely...so there's the run down: house being demolished in 6 weeks when city will slap a huge lien on property, back mortgage payments, back taxes, and also other misc. city liens that add up to a few grand as well....as you can see, i don't think this is a case where the daughters are profitting much, and they seem like they want to sell..we just want to make sure we don't endanger their medicaid..thanks!
