Does anyone require rental payments to be paid online?  No checks or cash accepted. 

Options like Cozy.co, Zillow Rentals, Buildium allow for tenants to pay electronically.

Ideally, I’d like mine to pay electronically!

I use an electronic payment app through the bank that holds my mortgages to make the payments and there is a button I can push to make specific principle payments.

Because they don't have electronics, very few parts and are easy to repair.
