This house literally just needs interior paint, appliances and floor cleaning.

They said that if I changed it to one that covers a rental property, a part of the process is to inform the lender that the policy has changed and that it could affect my loan.Two questions:Will renting out this second home effect the loan?

The basic reason to pour those down the drain is to keep them from smelling, and to help keep them clean.

You could even tell them your spouse was destroying the bills or something to that effect.
