Hi @Connor Fortenbacker,The number one book I would suggest getting would be: Profit First: Transform Your Business from a Cash-Eating Monster to a Money-Making Machine. 

Any thoughts or comments are appreciated, as I know maintenance costs can eat up any profit if not watched closely.
