When I research "The E-Myth" on amazon to get the book they constantly refer to on the BP podcast, a multitude of E-Myth books show up with different sub-titles.

Or you can ask for the Schedule E (not that you'd get it) as most people would be more reluctant to fudge numbers for the government.

There are a lot of conspiracy theories out there - they say the advisers only promote what they will receive their commissions on or a larger conspiracy of the whole financial system to keep funds in the market and not out to other types of investments.  

Think E*Trade with different paperwork capable of investing in real estate, etc.
