I agree that the best solution would be to get it taken care of quickly so that it's a moot point, which is certainly what I'm trying to do.The wheels are turning a bit slowly with the contractors I've met so far and it's a bit late in the rental season, so I was brainstorming about different approaches should I want to lock down a tenant before the work is done but also before tenant interest dies down.
