Are you referring to direct mail, bandit signs, or maybe driving for dollars?

You end up going out constantly using gas and putting miles on the car.Urban core it is not as bad as comps are easy and driving distance is minimal.

For the time being, I am investing in areas that I can reasonably drive to, so I don't have a ton of advice there.  

I used a guy I meet by just driving up to another investors rehab.  

I wanted to move a little closer to work to avoid driving long distance.
