@Rick Stambaugh , I use realeflow and i'm transitioning to Podio.....realeflow for data is a great option it also has a feature that allows you to market your properties to other investors that use realeflow.  

You'll need safety features like a pool alarm.

I self manage so I don't use that feature.

I had assumed we would file this year as common- law but he had requested for his accountant to do mine separately for some reason. 

My question is; has anyone had experiences where a minor upgrade or feature unexpectedly raised the value of a house, or one that didnt raise it or even detracted from the value?
