We are about to move into the other half of the duplex and house hack.. with our dog, an australian cattle dog (medium size).

There's a lot of people that rather visit a property that they are already familiar with (many photos, more photos, more Photos, The name of the neighbor's dog, more photos) and anything that a prospective buyer will find out later on, even if you didn't tell them.

They are currently in violation of the lease by having the dog there.

I have 4 kids, 4 dogs and a big house to keep up on.
