- Should I form the LLC in Delaware as we may buy from different states?

If you are a small investor / business, you likely want to create the LLC in the state where the property is in.If business case law, charging order protection and anonymity are important to you, you may want to create one LLC in a state such as Wyoming, Delaware, Nevada. 

One solar farm venture had three LLCs and six individuals. 

Any pointers to buy and lease the land to the companies for solar farming?

@Rand De villa I have not had any direct experience with Bungalow, but we have a similar company in the southeast called Pad Split. 

The back is spalling and de-laminating in areas and will continue to crumble apart. 

You do have to be licensed in my state (Delaware) to manage other people's homes but there's so much to know to actually manage the home. 

From what I've told from other investors here, wholesaling can de be done without a real estate license.
