I have used both, but somewhat prefer smartmove because I can see the tenants’ credit history in more detail.

The contractor's registration number must be on the first page of the contract.The start and completion dates of the project.A detailed description of the work to be done and the materials to be used.The total price of the work.The payment schedule, with the dates and the amount of each payment stated in dollars, including any finance charges.

That alone demands investor attention to the details. 

I can't go into details as it is a sensitive matter atm.

I had very detailed directions for the contractor that I HAD to move into the first floor unit by May 1 after closing on the 14th of April.
