Those hold harmless agreements won't hold up if you're hiring people to do something illegal.

Is this something you should add into your property analysis as revenue you won't be taking home, or do people use Airbnb service fees to account for that extra amount?

There are a lot of people doing on-market here in Florida, if you are planning on going that route make sure to have the right disclosures to prevent any fines.Always disclose to your buyers that you are selling your equitable interest or rights to purchase the property.

Hope AirBNB will not so obviously treat different people different on cancellation, especially race is one fact!

You may want to do the same with the handyman where most of your calls go to your main handyman, but once in awhile use another one to establish a relationship.I have also heard of people using storage units near their properties to store spare TVs, routers, fridges, AC window units, washers, dryers, etc. 

It cost money to own a house and people normally allocate a percentage of the revenue towards repair, capex, vacancy and property management.

Does this seem normal and is there anything I should be asking for from all people involved?
