Lessons learned?

The best advice I can give is to learn here and then take action with the realization that everything isnt going to be perfect the first time around, but if you continue it will pay off in the long run!

Our lesson learned. 

-Using Sleep to Improve Learning (Huberman).

I will likely have more questions as I move forward and learn what it is I don't know. 

My goals are to learn from everyone here on a daily basis, improve my business/referral network (I’m a realtor), connect with other members in my area who may want to partner or benefit from each other’s skill sets, & ultimately become one of the many successful investors that I’ve read about.

I am still in the learn and go stages of REI as well as in the middle of my 63 hour Real Estate Sales Associate License courses.

Lessons learned?

Is it worth it or am I better off just continuing to read articles, forums and videos in order to learn.

We learned later that she was asking for a commission on both sides, asking an additional 18k from the landlord’s broker!
