I continue to monitor the area of Kensington Ave/E Somerset St as new houses are going up right there attempting to ride the Fishtown wave.  

The agents that I looked at was Thom Collier of E-merge and Virginia Golan of NextHome Experience.Any idea of other agents/companies I should look at?
