With alot of time that I have now, I was thinking in getting my certification to become a RE agent. is it worth it?

Each state has their own laws so make sure you follow yours and get your certificate of occupancy.

To all my investor-friendly agents:Have you heard of or recommend getting the real estate investing certification through the Residential Real Estate Council?

It's been a while since I used FHA financing - is the 3.5% down program available for investment properties, where you're not living in any of the units as it sounds like was the case here?

She is not yet approved for the Pennsylvania Housing Voucher program with HUD/PHA but hopes to be before the end of the first year.

Or should I use a DPA program to offset closing cost?
